Ferrosilicomanganese
Ferrosilicomanganese is an alloy of manganese, silicon, and iron. It is used in metallurgy for the deoxidation and alloying of steel. Manufactured according to the state standard of Ukraine DSTU 3548-97, grades Mnс17, Mnс22.
Ferromanganese
Ferromanganese is an alloy of manganese and iron. It is used in metallurgy for the deoxidation and alloying of steel. High-carbon and medium-carbon ferromanganese are manufactured according to the state standard of Ukraine DSTU 3547-97, grades Fmn78 and Fmn88.
Fluxes
Fused fluxes are used for electroslag technologies (electroslag remelting, casting, ingot casting, and other processes), as well as for smelting steels and alloys in electric furnaces. For automatic and semi-automatic arc and electroslag welding, loose material called flux is used, under which the arc burns or the electroslag welding process occurs.
Electrode mass
The electrode mass is designed for the production of self-consuming continuous electrodes for electric-thermal furnaces in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, as well as the chemical industry.
Slag Casting from Molten Slags
The material from molten slags is named “Nikrolit.” In terms of hardness, it is surpassed only by corundum and diamond. Crushed Stone and Sand from Manganese Ferroalloy Slags Crushed stone is used as a filler for concrete, railway track ballast, road construction, and for creating drainage layers, and more.
